FOREST ROCK POLICIES

HST applicable on all cottage rates.

All rates are subject to change without notice.

During July & August, preference is given to weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday only). Shorter stay rentals available on a last minute space available basis only. Rates are based on recommended maximum cottage capacity as listed on the cottage listing. Adherence to maximum cottage capacity rule is mandatory.

All cottages are equipped with kitchens including fridge, 2 burner hot plate or stove, dishes, cutlery, toaster, coffeemaker, cookware. Some have microwaves.

Drinking water in all cottages.

Clean Central Washrooms & Showers close by each cottage. Flush toilets and hot showers.

Please bring your own bedding and towels. Bedding can be supplied at a cost of $15.00 per bed including sheets and blanket.

Check in time: After 2:00P.M. (July & August)

Check out time: Before 10:00A.M (July & August)

Late check outs or early check ins can be arranged in advance if cottages are available (except July & August). A $25.00 fee is required for late check outs when arrangements are made.

Deposits
$250.00 deposit required to reserve cottage for weekly stays.
$150.00 deposit required to reserve cottage for weekend stays.

Deposits payable by cash, Mastercard, Visa or cheques. Cheques must be received within 7 days of reserving cottage. No confirmation of reservation without deposit.

Full payments required upon arrival. No adjustments for late arrivals or leaving early . A reservation is a firm contract and no refund will be made for late arrival or early departure . A $20.00 charge on NSF cheques.

Refund Policy
The deposit will not be refunded if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of scheduled date of arrival. A 50% deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of scheduled date of arrival.

Parking
1 Parking spot per cottage. Please inform us if more than 1 parking spot is required.

Pets
Pets are allowed. Pets MUST be on a leash or tied up at ALL times. Please remember to CLEAN UP after your dog at all times. Bags are available at the store if needed. NO excessive barking or you will be asked to leave the camp.

(There will be a $10.00 charge per pet/per visit. This is to compensate for the select few that disregard the poop and scoop rule.)

Quiet time: 11:00PM to 8:00AM
Excessive noise & unruly behavior is not permitted at any time.

No Lifeguard
No Lifeguard on beach - swim at your own risk. Children under 16 years of age must be supervised at all times. No fishing or boating in swimming area.

Day Visitors
$20.00/day per family. No Guests or Visitors will be allowed without permission. All visitors MUST check into the office at arrival.

Night Visitors
Night visitors are only permitted providing maximum number of people permitted in the cottage is not exceeded.

Methods of Payment Accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, Interac, cash or cheque. Payment due upon arrival.

Tents are NOT permitted on cottage sites.
